Dropbox
Dropbox is my cool technology tip of the week. For the mobile professional who may not always be utilizing the same computer on any given moment, Dropbox is the solution for you. It allows you to share files between multiple computers and even share to other Dropbox users. The synchronization is seamless!!!
I was a Google Docs user prior, but Google Docs limited you to very specific file formats. With Dropbox, file type is almost limitless. This is such a great back up solution as well. I added the Dropbox app on my Android powered device, and it works just as well.
