Pink Glove Dance

Working in Healthcare is a stressful occupation.  Not to mention the changing climate of healthcare as we focus and try and reform and ensure quality for the safety of our patients.  After a long day at work, it was nice to stumble upon this video - Providence St. Vincent Medical Center (OR) — the Pink Glove Dance for Breast Cancer Awareness. It appears that everyone at that organization got together “boogied” it up a bit for a great cause.  I must admit I got teary eyed a bit because I know how we all in healthcare work so hard, but deep down I truly believe we all do what we do day after day is because we all have a unified goal – Patient Care.  In the process, strong bonds and relationships are formed and I just felt the video in some way depicts that camaraderie we all feel towards each other.
